About us

The dance school "Dance academy" of Mary Dimitriou, which we all remember from Dancesing, is located at Mesogeion 1 in Aghios Omologetis. The school's team consists of qualified teachers and professionals in their field. In a beautiful, modern and comfortable space you will love dancesing!
Dance offers fun, expression of emotions, stress relief, exercise, self-confidence improvement, and greater socialization. Have you tried yet? Take the first step and the magical journey of dance begins. We are waiting for you for your first free trial lesson!
In this new space, I hope you will love dancing, have fun and at the same time develop your dancing skills.
Dancing exercises your body, relieves stress, strengthens your cardiorespiratory system, and increases self-confidence and social life.

Awards & Recognitions

Our school participated in the Balkan competition in 2020 with the first prize in the ballroom and Latin street competition.
He has taken part 2 consecutive times in the TV program Dancesing, taking 1st and 2nd place among the contestants.
It is an IDTA-accredited center meeting the required specifications.

Facilities & Staff

Our staff at dances, where necessary, have the necessary diplomas of either university level or professional seminars from America and England
The school's owner is a graduate of the Royal dance academy and has participated in dance shows in London as a Prima Ballerina.
The school has two classrooms in Latsia and Pallouriotissa so we cover Greater Nicosia.
Our two halls are fully renovated with parquet floors and changing rooms. There are all the necessary instruments for learning dances.

Differentiation points

The school regularly hosts dancers and dance teachers from other countries of known value to transfer their knowledge to the students. He also participates in various events and competitions such as Cypriot evenings, the Salsa congress Cyprus & Berlin every year.
