Course Summary
The training of the modern corporate trainer or vocational training instructor in e-learning teaching is a matter of vital importance because it allows the continuous offer of his/her services in human resources training through flexible training processes based on needs and crises such as the coronavirus pandemic we are all experiencing worldwide.
Therefore, the training of adult educators in alternative forms of learning such as e-learning allows their seamless offer to the organisation or company they work for while giving the company excellence in efficiency, quality and innovation.
Based on this rationale, the purpose of the project is to train HR and training department managers, in-house and other trainers in the design, implementation and evaluation of e-learning training programs utilizing the latest developments in technology and instructional design theories on how people learn in these environments. Trainees in the programme will be actively involved in the design of e-learning training programmes and in the creation of appropriate e-materials using a variety of digital tools.
