The School of Law at EUC holds the proud distinction of being the first autonomous law school in the country. The LLB degree is based on acquiring a thorough understanding of the legal system in Cyprus through exposure to areas such as commercial, shipping, family and criminal law. Our students are prepared for the Cyprus Bar Exam and are automatically registered with the Cyprus Legal Council. The School of Law maintains Erasmus exchange agreements with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Democritus University of Thrace, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Panteion University. Students participate in organized visits to European legal bodies and attend courses at the International Institute of Human Rights. Our graduates are placed in law firms for 12 months to gain the required practical training.
