The BSc in Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy at EUC is the only program of its kind in Cyprus. Equipping students as technologists with the knowledge and skills to operate x-ray and digital imaging machines, digital mammography equipment, computed tomography (CT scan) machines and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the program addresses a demand in the market with the implementation of the national health system. Students are trained in state-of-the-art laboratories and receive core knowledge and competencies for entry into professional practice as well as tools for lifelong learning that new technologies will require. The program provides students with essential clinical training and practice in hospitals, medical centers and diagnostic laboratories under the supervision of experienced and highly-qualified medical educators. Graduates are entitled to register with the Cyprus Council of Radiology Technologists and Radiation Therapy Technologists to receive the license to practice their profession.
