What is ECDL
ECDL/ICDL is an internationally recognized Computer Knowledge and Skills Certification Program. It is recognized in more than 170 countries through a network of 24,000 Examination Centers worldwide
ECDL/ICDL Standard Certificate
To obtain the ECDL/ICDL Standard certificate, one must successfully complete at least 7 thematic modules. Specifically, they must complete the 4 mandatory modules of ECDL Base and 3 modules of ECDL Standard.
ECDL/ICDL Advanced Certificate
To obtain the ECDL/ICDL Advanced certificate, one must successfully complete all 4 thematic modules. A prerequisite is that the candidate has successfully completed the corresponding modules of ECDL Base and ECDL Standard.
ECDL/ICDL Standard Examinations
The examination for all the thematic modules of ECDL Standard is conducted via the Internet. It consists of 36 questions and has a duration of 45 minutes. Results are usually announced within 3 working days.
ECDL/ICDL Advanced Examinations
The examination for all the thematic modules of ECDL Advanced is conducted via the Internet. It consists of 20 questions and has a duration of 60 minutes. Results are usually announced within 3 working days.
