Course Summary
Developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of trainers is necessary to help through training to increase productivity.
The creation of this programme arose from the need for a sound preparation of trainer candidates in Pathway 1 in the VET Criteria for inclusion of VET candidates in their examination in terms of training needs, effective design, implementation and evaluation of training programmes.
The training of the modern vocational training instructor is a matter of vital importance because it allows for the continued provision of human resource training services through flexible training processes based on needs and crises such as the coronavirus pandemic that around the world we are all experiencing now.
Therefore, the training of adult educators allows their uninterrupted contribution to society and to the organisation or company they work for, while giving the company excellence in efficiency, quality and innovation.
The aim of the programme is to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the candidates to offer effective training in the design, implementation and evaluation of training programmes through the 4 Areas of Application and the possibility of certification as a VET trainer based on the ANAD standard "Vocational Training Instructor level 5".
